According to the rules of the forth section of the law /51/ of the year 2004
Syrian Gas Company /SGC/ announces its need to execute Arab Gas pipeline project- phase II – part I (on turn key basis) – tender file No. 82/2007 according the following:
-Bid Bond : / €500000/ only Five Hundred Thousand Euro
-Performance Bond :10% of order value
-Deadline : Wednesday 20 / February / 2008
-Prices and Execution Place: prices are on turn key basis, pipe line route will start from Aleppo gas station to the Syrian /Turkish border
-Execution Period: /18/ eighteen months starts from the effective date.
-Validity Period: /180/calendar day from the next day of the bid deadline.
-Guarantee Period: one calendar year starting from the date of issuing the
Provisional Acceptance Certificate.
-The order : indivisible.
-Payment: as stated in the financial and legal tender book.
-Offer to be submitted to the registry office in the company, Homs, ALArbeen street , BabHood , P.O.BOX /4499/ before the end of working hours of bid deadline.
-To whom interested in participation in this announcement , can obtain the tender book against paying /€1500/only One Thousand Five Hundred Euro, to be paid to the company's cashier.
-Any thing not stated in this text would be explained as per the provisions of the law No. 51 of the year 2004 and the provisions of the decree 450 of the year 2004 general tender book and the special tender book related to a/m tender file
